Festive dinner for guests

When there is very little time left, and the guests are already looming on the threshold, it is time to think about preparing a delicious festive dinner, which can be done in a matter of minutes.

And this is possible with the help of our simplest recipes of dishes, the taste of which is divine, and the cooking time does not exceed 1 hour.

Fish in French

From hot guests you can serve juicy fish in French, for the preparation of which the following ingredients will be needed:

1 bag “Rice with mushrooms in sour cream sauce” from the brand “Ulinka”;

500 g. fish fillet;

150 g. champignons;

200 g. sour cream with 10% fat;

1 tablespoon of flour;

1 large onion;

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil;

1 bunch of greens (dill, parsley);

salt pepper.

First of all, a bag of rice with mushrooms is poured into a microwave mold, add 300 g. warm water, do not cover with a lid and put in the furnace for 10 minutes, turning on the power of 800 wt. While the rice is cooked, we cut the fish coarsely, sprinkle it with salt-first and set it up in a warm and dry place. Then we take out the shape from the microwave, cover it with a lid and, wrapping it with a terry towel, also set aside aside.

At the next stage, finely chop the onion with mushrooms, mix it with vegetable oil and put it in a microwave stove for 4 minutes with a power of 800 WT. Having removed the mushrooms from the microwave, add sour cream, flour and pepper to them, mix all this, put it in the stove for half a minute, and pulling it out, mix again thoroughly.

Now it remains to take a larger mold for the microwave, on the bottom to put the finished rice from TM “Uvelka”, put the fish on the rice, cover the fish with mushrooms with onions. We put the shape in the stove again for 5 minutes with the same power, and pulling it out, sprinkle the dish with finely chopped greens and serve to the festive table.

Infine beans “Mumbai”

Fans of spicy foods will receive exquisite pleasure by trying at the festive dinner of the beans in the Indian, for the preparation of which it will be required:

500 g. white beans from the brand “Uvelka”;

3 tomatoes;

1 Bulgarian pepper;

30 g. vegetable oil;

100 g. butter;

one teaspoon of fresh ginger, caraway seeds, turmeric, ground coriander, mustard in grains and ground black pepper;

to its own taste, salt and pepper;

to its own taste parsley and cilantro.

We throw the beans into a large pan and put it on the fire, let it cook until complete readiness. Meanwhile, we will cut tomatoes with bell pepper cubes.

Then vegetable oil is heated in a pan. A caraway seed, coriander, turmeric, mustard, black pepper and chili are added there, and all together warms up over low heat. Following the pan, ginger with butter is thrown, and all together fries over the fire for about 3 minutes. After that, add a tomato with pepper to spices, which are fried over medium heat for 7 minutes. The most recent a beans are laid out in the pan, which is salted, sprinkled with herbs, mixed with spices and vegetables, and then fried for 6 minutes.

Submitted hot. Can be served both as an independent dish, and together with the fish in French as a side dish.
