It happens that you go along the street, and from some smell is breathtaking. This is the smell of your favorite childhood dishes prepared by mom or grandmother. Immediately recall summer, a warm family dinner, and on the table there is a fragrant borsch, baked pies, brushwood or other “branded” mother dishes. Each of us, I think, has something to remember from childhood – the same dishes and sweets with which the words “childhood”, “family”, “grandmother”, “family dinner” are associated with. Today in the article is a recipe for one of these dishes from my childhood: a fish fillet baked in the oven under a carrot “fur coat.
Fish fillet dishes are quite diverse. Often people prefer fillet to traditional fish pieces. I buy frozen fish fillet, as chilled fish is quite difficult to find fresh.
So, for the preparation of fish fillet in the oven we will need:
Frozen fish fillet (I have a milky fillet) – 500-700g
Carrots – 400g
butter – 50g
salt
spices
1. We defrost the fish, cut it into pieces, salt, sprinkle with spices and leave in a bowl for 20 minutes.
2. Three carrots on a coarse grater.
3. Put the fish fillet in a baking dish, put several flakes of butter on top.
4. On top of the fish fillet, lay the carrots with a thick layer, and put a few more flakes of oil on top.
5. We cover the container with foil or lid (in the foil you need to make several holes with a toothpick). Bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30-40 minutes.
6. Give with your favorite side dish. Pleasant appetite and good evening!
Dishes of fish and seafood, for example, squid salad, julen from a sea cocktail, fish fillet in batter, stuffed squid and others, contain a large amount of protein, which is so lacking in modern finished products. To organize a balanced diet, nutritionists advise breakfast and dinner with protein dishes (dairy products, fish, seafood, etc. D.). It is recommended to consume meat of other animals no more than once a day.
