We increase the level of hemoglobin in the blood

The main function of hemoglobin (complex iron -containing protein) is the transportation of oxygen from lungs to all our systems and organs. It follows that it is necessary to monitor its level in our blood.

If the level of this protein in the body fell, then a person feels tired, becomes pale, hears a noise in his ears, experiences muscle pain, drowsiness and frequent dizziness. If you are worried about anything of the above, you need to think about taking tests and subsequent consultation of a neurologist, therapist and cardiologist.

Which is the reason for a decrease in the level of hemoglobin in the blood?

The first reason is an iron lack. Iron is necessary for our body because it is directly involved in oxygen metabolism, which is part of hemoglobin (we will not go deep into the chemical hemoglobin formula)

Another of the reasons is a large blood loss that can occur during injuries, abundant menstruation, childbirth (in women), blood transfusion.

Reduced hemoglobin can often be found during pregnancy. Pregnant women are advised to take such vitamins, which include folic acid.

With a decrease in the amount of hemoglobin, the following symptoms may appear:

hair loss;

brittle bones;

fragility of nails

slight increase in temperature;

Cracks in the corners of the lips and dry skin

Fatigue, drowsiness,

dizziness

What to do with it?

Take iron -containing drugs that increase the level of hemoglobin or not – this decision remains with a specialist. And depends on the result of your tests (if, for example, you have iron deficiency anemia, no diet will adjust your condition quickly, and you should not examine here.).

But do not forget that there are many products that will help increase the level of hemoglobin. For example, the following:

Meat. It is advisable to cook meat with blood and not soar it;

Liver.

Eggs.

Seafood;

Buckwheat grain;

Green parsley;

Juices (carrot, beetroot, pomegranate);

Berries. Eat fresh berries. It is not only useful, but also tasty;

Walnuts. A great source of hemoglobin, and if you mix them with honey, it will be even more useful;

Rosehip tincture. We leave the tea leaves at night, in the morning, adding a teaspoon of fresh honey, drink a couple of hours before meals. This infusion should be taken from 4 to 6 times a day.
