There is no woman who would not dream of the figure of a top model. We watched beauty contests with envy, leaf through glossy publications with photographs of charming women, hunger, we sit on diets, denying ourselves in everything. However, often the result does not live up to our expectations, dropping 5 kilograms in the first pairs, we are gaining 10 in a month. However, there are still ways to get rid of extra pounds and these are folk methods proven for centuries.
There are a huge number of folk methods, such as the use of infusions, the adoption of baths with decoctions, the use of dietary dishes and of course the use of various plants. In my article I will miss each of them in more detail.
Slimming infusions
And so, the first thing to dwell on is infusions for weight loss:
1. Infusion of yarrow and St. John’s wort
To prepare the infusion, take 10 g. yarrow and the same amount of St. John’s wort, mix. 2 tbsp. l. Pour 0.5 l of boiling water and let it brew for half an hour, strain with gauze or chintz for half an hour. The resulting infusion must be drunk in 1 day in four doses.
2. Ivan Da-Maria
For this decoction, we need 3 hours. Coriandra and buckthorn bark, 2 parts of water pepper, pansies and cerebral leaves. Brew the resulting mixture in the evening, in a ratio of 1 t. tablespoons of the mixture per 1 t. boiling water. Strain and drink in the morning. Take a month.
The cursed infusions are not the most pleasant way to derive slag, which can not be said about the next folk method – pumpkin jam. The preparation of this delicacy will not be difficult.
Take 3 kilograms of pumpkin, 2 oranges, lime and a little sugar.
The pumpkin must be cleaned from the peel and pulp, then cut into pieces and add oranges and lemon with zest. Mix thoroughly with sugar and cook in two sunses over low heat. The treat is ready. This jam cleans the body of toxins.
Personally, I use not only infusions and jam for weight loss, but also baths with various herbs. Here are the two most beloved collection:
1. Bath with a cinquefoil.
At 8 liters of water we take 70-110 g of goose cinquefoil, and boil on fire for 15 minutes.
2. We take three parts of the crust of the buckthorn and pansies, two roots of the licorice, the root of the wheatgrass and the grass of water pepper. Per 1 liter of water – 4. l. collection, boil for 15 minutes, we will have and add to the water. We take a bath daily throughout the crescent. The water temperature should be in the range of 37-40C.
If you need to lose weight very quickly, then cross out the salt from your diet and take a contrast shower with a dressing of water change in 15 seconds.
We take 1 apple, celery and horseradish root, yoke glass. All three on a fine grater and mix in a ratio of 3: 1 (3 hours. celery root per 1 hour. apple), add horseradish and yogurt. Salt, mix. We eat for 1 week.
Corn sting is a very good way to moderate appetite .
We take 12-15 g. chopped stigmas, pour 1.5 t. boiling water and boil over low heat for half an hour. Then we cool the mixture for about 15 minutes.. We accept 3 t. tablespoons 3-4 hours after eating.
To reduce blood cholesterol, I recommend drinking corn oil for at least 3 weeks, 1 t. spoon 3 times a day.
Sea cabbage also slows down our bodies, so we will not forget about it. There is a huge amount of vitamins, minerals and iodine in this product. Sea cabbage reduces appetite. However, it is not recommended to take in large quantities to people suffering from thyroid diseases and nephritis.
Funds using plants are very effective. For example, dandelion root promotes stabilization metabolism, and flax seeds slow down the absorption of carbohydrates.
Using the folk remedies I have listed, try to eat healthy and full -fledged food, play sports, and when you stabilize your weight, you yourself can take part in these same beauty contests. Good luck in the fight against extra pounds.
